Devon Consortium - The Devon Consortium was formed in January 2005 from infrastructure organisations to provide a body with the skills, expertise, authority and mandate from VCOs in Devon to prepare a submission for the ChangeUp main spend programme. The consortium is currently jointly managed by: the Community Council of Devon (on behalf of the Devon Forum) and Exeter CVS (on behalf of the Devon Association of CVS) fulfilling the financial and secretariat roles respectively.
